Well, it's just about the end of major releases for the previous generation, and the overall flow of software is slowing to the point that someone of my limited time, budget and attention span can keep relatively current with it. Much more importantly, the major games older than about six months are now available for significant discounts or "free" with premium service - just about within my post-holiday price range of zero.
This month I finally play Bioshock: Infinite, possibly even for more than an hour! Well, not so possibly unless it's amazing - I've still got Fire Emblem: Awakening to contend with, and FE titles are among the very few I actually make a concerted effort to finish. Good thing I just like to make semi-connected comments and clumsy half-jokes about aging games rather than trying to actually review them or anything - I lose interest way too fast and, secretly, I'm kind of terrible at video games.
